All prices listed are excl.VAT. Shipping cost shows up in Checkout, which is €8 for all orders.
Swedish VAT (25%) for customers located in European Union will be included in the total price. We ship all online-orders worldwide directly from our Stockholm studio. We accept credit card payments in EUR via Stripe.
:: CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTIES ::
If your orders delivered to Non-EU member countries, your delivery country might charge customs or import duties – these will be charged once the package reaches the destination country. You will have to pay these charges. Unfortunately we have no control over the charges and cannot inform you what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country – so if you have any questions regarding this, please contact your local customs office for further information.

:: REFUSAL OF TRANSACTION ::
To be eligible to purchase products from our website you must:
1. Be at least eighteen years old.
2. Register using your real name, phone number, e-mail and payment details.
3. Provide a shipping address that is not a PO box.
4. Use a valid credit card that is acceptable to our bank partner.
We cannot accept your order if any of the following occurs:
1. We cannot charge your credit card for some reason.
2. If we are unable to deliver for reasons out of our control or we do not have the product(s) in stock.
:: WAYS OF DELIVERY ::
We ship all over the world from Stockholm, Sweden via Posten. We’ll process your order within 3 business days once payment received successfully. For special pre-order events, we’ll deliver your order in the specific delivery date.
1-2 delivery days / Sweden
5-7 delivery days / EU countries
8-10 delivery days / Rest of the world
:: TRANSPORT LIABILITY ::
We urge you to inspect the packaging of the shipment regarding obvious damages before signing the shipping documents. If shipments with obvious damages are delivered, you are obliged to notify the transportation company immediately and to refuse the acceptance of the shipment. Please also contact our customer service, so that Hommin Studio is able to protect its rights to satisfy claims against the transportation company. Hidden damages are to be reported to Hommin Studio immediately after your notice, not later than 5 days after receiving the shipment.
If the shipment is damaged or lost when returning it on your initiative, you are responsible for loss or damage. We recommend insuring returned products, and packing it in the original container/box with the original outer package.
:: RETURN POLICY ::
Hommin Studio guarantee you 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your products you can return them within 14 days of after receiving them and we will refund you the full purchase price, shipping costs deducted. To avoid unnecessary costs, always contact customer service for detailed instructions regarding returns.
Returning a product:
It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products within 14 days in order to receive a refund. The freight will not be refunded. It is not possible to change your order once it has been submitted. This also includes changing the color or type of a product, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method.
When returning a product it must be in unchanged condition. Please use a trackable shipping service when returning a product. Contact us for further instructions before returning the products. The price of the products, shipping costs deducted, will be refunded within 20 days from the day that the product is delivered to Hommin Studio. If you use your right to return a product, the shipping costs, custom and handling fees will be paid by you. If you need more information regarding returns, please contact us.
:: COMPLAINTS ::
Please contact us if you have any problems such as damages or incorrect orders. If returning any product, after agreed with our customer service representative, use the original package, include a description of the damage and return to us.
